Patient, kind, and encompassing all of the good this world has to offer. Billy Joel sang “only the good die young” and in the case of Micayla Medek we can realize this truth. All that knew her would call her an enigma, easy to befriend, and uneasy to be cruel to. Her light-filled a number of hearts and she is remembered every day. Her comedic nature drew you to her, and her stubbornness made you respect her. She took her own path collecting the often broken along the way. Always an ear to listen and a force to navigate her own journey. Truly, a devastating loss to many. She unfolded her heart and was a great joy to all of her friends and family. She is sorely missed.
